Policies & Conditions
- A confirmed reservation requires a 50% deposit or
credit card number within 10 days of booking.
- Full payment is due 30 days in advance of arrival.
- Reservation charges (except extensions) carry a $20.00 fee
per person per occurrence. For this reason, it is strongly
recommended that a confirmed airline reservation
be secured prior to booking.
- Once a deposit has been received, cancellation fees
will be assessed per person on the following schedule:
- 31 days or more prior to arrival---$50.00
- 15-30 days prior to arrival---$100.00
- Less than 15 days---non refundable
